In the day and age we live in, a different approach to dating is required. Our approach views dating as more than a simple introduction service that leaves a couple alone to sort out each other’s rights, privileges, and responsibilities in the future relationship. This approach would never be acceptable in a business partnership, nor should it be in a personal relationship.
Most notable in this line of thought( PNAs), which currently are created “after” the relationship has developed, which by doing so, they have been legally proven to be the “wrong time ” to create the PNA. It is commonly believed that these agreements fully protect both parties; however, a number of court cases have found that a PNA can be overturned simply by one party claiming to a judge that they were “coerced” into signing the document.
Our approach is to establish a foundational agreement before you meet the other person. To become a Koala-fied Member, one must agree to creating a legal prenuptial agreement prior to cohabiting. This is clarity.

We are actively seeking strategic partnerships with family law practitioners and wealth managers. We aim to create a referral network where professionals can provide their clients with a safer way to re-enter the dating market.

We are currently looking to find an existing dating platform that understands our research-based conclusion that men and women want and need more than just an introductory service.
This partner will clearly understand our societal problem, and some of that is that there are those that are “actively” dating for goals other than romantic and long-term relationships. As a direct result, lives have been ruined.
The Pre-Introduction Agreement ©Membership Application legally requires that every accepted Member of our site “will” enter into a legally drafted Pre-Nuptial Style Agreement prior to cohabitation. This is to provide protection to those that Koala-fied has introduced to each other, unlike the unfiltered introductions made by current dating sites.
